Apple has issued a recall of iPhone 3G USB power adapters. These adapters shipped out with every single iPhone 3G in the U.S., Japan, Canada, Mexico, and elsewhere.
Those with a green dot at the bottom of their power adapter are said to already have the new device.
If you are impacted by the recall, you can exchange your adapter for a new one from the Apple site. They will begin to ship out, the replacements, on October 10th.
