Palm Pre Exchange Setup can be dreadful! The Palm Pre has to be setup perfectly on the Exchange 2003 / 2007 for it to work!! The account will not verify without a fully signed SSL certificate. Wow, what a chore.
We recently solved another Palm Pre Exchange Active-Sync problem for:
Sterritt Lumber, recently rated BEST OF BOSTON HOME, sought our Microsoft Server ActiveSync assistance to rid their Palm Pre & iPhone 3G ActiveSync headaches.

Best $175 dollars ever spent….We spent over 20 hours trying to get our Palm Pre working and in the meantime knocked off ALL of the cell phones sync in the company…Robert of TechnoKOZ got us all up and running in under 45 minutes!!!! I would recommend this to anyone having problems with Iphone or Pre sync issues…as an FYI our normal computer support tech spent 7 hours working on this and couldn’t get it working…could have saved me $875.00 if I started here first!!!
Thanks for the support…We will be in touch again!
